B. I was able to achieve a score of 31 out of the score range of 0-35. According to the text the higher the scoring range, the higher leadership potential you will have. Suddenly after grading myself I seen that I have great attributes of being a good leader however I still have room for improvement with leading.

C. As of the 2016 -2017 school year, I currently serve as President/ Polemarch of my Fraternity well known as Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated. We are a divine 9 Greek organization and I became a member last school year in the spring semester of 2016. Being president of my organization here at ship is in equivalence to being a leader amongst my brothers and new coming brothers. Going into this event it was mainly my responsibility to make sure I had a secure venue with food reservation of guest on top of accustomed decorations for the cabaret. The goal I was working toward was making sure the cabaret was a successful event. Meaning that all of my chapter brothers were in attendance so that awards were to be giving out. Plus an important factor of this event was that we need to make profit on all outside guest who were coming. Actions I took to address the situation would be that I had to prior proper plan this event by making sure all the brothers were acknowledge for their deed they’ve done within our chapter over the years. As being the leader and head man in charge of this event I understood that I needed to show appreciation to others and appoint them on a tremendous job well done. Also most importantly I learned that I had to put in a lot of work to prepare for this event not only for the betterment of others. I had to be acceptable of the fact that I was not going to be receiving anything from this. However that is where I begin to clash with running a successful
