Eric Klein influenced me to apply to Syracuse University, he is a currently in his senior year at Syracuse University. I have grown up being around Eric and his family. Most of the Klein family has attended Syracuse University. Including, Scott Klein, Debbie Klein, David Klein and now Eric Klein. The Klein family is very successful in everything they do, and that is also a huge influence on applying to Syracuse.
Hello my fellow classmates, my name is Kelsie Dessent. When I 'm not living in my dorm at Husson University, I live in Fairfield, Maine with my family. I have my very own dog, that is a Yorkie Shitzu, and his name is Rico. Rico is my absolute best friend. As a freshman here at Husson, my major is Health Sciences with a Pre-Med track.
Ever since high school, I knew I wanted to work in the pathology field. I thought I wanted to be a pathologist. I talked to the career counselors at my school and expressed my interest. Fortunately for me, I was contacted not much after about an internship at Montefiore Medical Center. I would come to learn that Montefiore Medical Center is the teaching hospital of Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
In fact, I believe the reason behind my high academic achievement was not natural ability; rather, I always made sure that I was not over-confident of my abilities and prepared to do extra work to insure my success. I even came up with a saying to motivate myself: “Work hard enough so that it is impossible to fail.” This philosophy has allowed me to take stressful situations in stride. One such situation was raising my grade in Molecular Biology from a D to an A-. Thus, I feel that I would be of great use to the practice of medicine as I am no stranger to arduous
I currently am a junior Nursing major and Psychology minor at the illustrious Winston Salem State University. My choice to attend a HBCU has been one of the best decisions I have ever made in my twenty one years of life. It brings my heart so much pleasure in all thing that I do at my HBCU. Deciding to enroll at a HBCU is something much bigger than myself. I am my ancestor’s wildest dreams
This is not something mere intelligence could accomplish. It is ambition that kept from being deterred and remaining focused on the goals I have made for myself. Hello, I am Jakeline Guerrero Hernandez and I am just going to tell you a little bit about myself. I will begin with my academics, so last year I was part of the Jump Start program in which I got to complete my first year of my associate’s degree while still in High School. This semester I am taking some courses at the campus as well as online. This will be my first time taking online courses so if any of you have any suggestions they are greatly appreciated. I decided to take this course because I had Kim as my Jump Start professor for history and really enjoyed her class she definitively has a way of making history interesting and fun.
During my childhood I always watched my family work on cars, I always found the curves and bends on cars fascinating something about them always pulled me deeper, and deeper to find out the story behind the car. My family has a 1936 Chevy coupé, we worked on it at my grandpa’s shop. I always watched the detail on the freshly wired steel on the car, and the slight detail in welds the art work, and perfection in the car’s small details was memorable As I sit watching I’m called, I answer to the calling as I walk over behind the car, my Dad asks me to help him, I was filled with joy I wanted to jump up and down to express my happiness ,but I didn’t want to make a fool of myself so I kept my cool. That was the first time I ever worked on a car
My first comprehensive exposure to the health care field was six years ago as a senior, during which time I participated in hospital-based schooling. This program allowed me to observe a multitude of different medical disciplines, with rotations in surgery, orthopedics, nutrition, dermatology, gastroenterology, neurology, administrative services, and many more. Three out of the five school days were dedicated solely to shadowing, and the other two were spent in the classroom learning various medical-centric studies. Once in college, I continued to shadow physicians whenever my class scheduled permitted. I participated in the 4-U Mentorship program, which paired me with a fourth-year medical student who was preparing to do his residency in general
Becoming an Anesthesia Assistant would allow me to work as a healthcare professional, help people in their time of need, and have an increasingly dynamic career. I know that my attention to detail, creativity, and critical thinking capacity developed over years working in the medical field make me an ideal candidate for the Master’s of Medical Science in Anesthesiologist Assistant program at Emory University. As my life progresses, I have created a desire for a profession that offers a varied assortment of opportunities. I find it gratifying to have a career that is not only rewarding for caring for surgical patients, but also the attraction of a career that is a life long learning process. The attractiveness of a career with different possibilities and education expansion is energizing and motivational.

I’m currently taking a welding class in High School and I have already achieved a couple of certs. This year i’m entering the TSA competition hoping to win district and maybe even be a state champion. The reasons why I would like to attend Tulsa Welding School is to further my education on welding and it’s also a small sized school located close to home. Tulsa Welding School is only specific for welding and pipefitting and doesn’t have other courses, so you can focus only on what you are really there for.
Walking through the doctor 's office doors. I thought we came for just a normal checkup, but that 's where I was wrong. As my mother and grandma were filling out papers, I was asked how to spell something. I went to glance at the folder and I seen this sentence, “checking to see if tumor has grew.” I just read a sentence telling me my grandma is diagnosed with cancer.
I have to be able to have a great amount of time management and stability. Going to college requires a lot of hard work and effort. I am constantly dividing my time between my studies and my job. Healthcare is a field that has a tremendous amount of responsibility placed upon the caregiver. Specifically, when caring for someone who has a disability, you have to be educated on the specific disability and the correct way to interact with the patient.
