After college my desired job position is a professional golfer on the PGA tour. It has always been my dream job. I have been playing golf since I was 9 years old and I will be playing for Southeastern in the fall. So far, my career has been very successful, I have won tournaments on all levels and I plan to continue to win even on the college level. I owe God all the glory and the praise for all the things I have achieved. I have used the following scriptures as corner stones throughout my career. The first is Philippians 4:13 we all know what that says: when I am playing in tournaments I say that scripture before every shot while going through my pre-shot routine. The second is 3John 1:2 it reads “beloved I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health even as thy soul prosper”. This scripture is important to me because it reminds me that God wants to see his people succeed. I plan to communicate and reach out to people that I know can help me get to the next level. To reach the people I need I am going to write letters to coaches and companies that can help sponsor me and take my game to the next level. I also know that to make it to the next level that I must be disciplined. Next year since I will be on the golf team here at SEU I am going to work harder than I ever have before. In golf you don’t have to be a huge d1 prospect to make it big, it’s all about work ethic. And I plan to out work everyone else to make it to where I want to
