Do we accomplish more when we always doing something? Staying active helps achieve all the task that need to to be done. Starting one thing, then in the middle of that our mind end up always remembering another assignment that need to been. As soon we get the blood flowing through our body, it seems our brain begins functioning where everything that on the daily to do list would get finish. Also in school doing a project for on class, but at the same time completing home work. Therefore we accomplish way more then usual because while we keep our brain busy makes us want to finish everything that needs to be take care of. How does staying active helps us accomplish more? When we start one thing, then in end up doing another task in the middle of it. For this action that take place because the mind remembers everything that we need to take care of. We get the mind set where if we are doing one thing, why not get this other task over with. Then that would one thing less to worry about because that task was take care of head of time. Causing us to move on to the next things that need to be completed. Helping us in the long run, where we can just relax or do what we want to do in that free time. Also help us no to have a lot on our plates where we have to rush things and messing. In addition, allowing us to actually check our mistakes and getting it right the first time. Consequently, meaning that as soon as we set our mind to something we going in end up doing something else. Finally, why do we accomplish more assignment active, if inactivity have its purpose? Inactivity does have its purpose, but not to accomplishing things that need to be done. The purpose for inactivity is for when we get lazy and keeping saying " I walk the dog in five minutes" or saying " I do this report tomorrow at work then email it to my boss", then never actually go through with
