Would you go out of your way to insult your grandfather? Probably not, but chances are, you have. The elderly have been around the longest out of all of the populus of our planet, yet we often view them as weak, worn, and unfit for anything that requires mental or physical prowess, this notion is false, and unfounded. It’s important to recognize this as a fallacious bias and to remove it from our stock of beliefs in order to be a well informed and welcoming society.
