I get up in the morning, looking forward to a new challenge. What can undoubtedly provide me with a challenge is business. The more I discovered about NYU’s approach, more specifically, Stern School of Business, the more magnificent it had seemed to me, and the more it occurred to be a perfect match. Its project ‘solve a business challenge”, for example, is what gets me truly excited to start brainstorming and testing out my potential.
Business requires flexibility, and Stern School offers and encourages it with a business degree in which, however, you get to choose different concentrations and combine courses. I have to seek opportunities and spur my personal development to succeed. Such Stern’s programs as “invest in talent” or “recruit talent” make me feel that with effort, determination, and NYU’s belief in young entrepreneurs, I would be capable of achieving my lifetime goals. As for personal growth and development, there seems to be no better place than NYU for that. I have gained such a quality as open-mindedness because of quite a life-changing experience of moving to another country. I would absolutely love to continue expanding my horizons with the Bar Family International Studies Program, for example. I got acquainted with the feeling of being exposed to a foreign, diverse environment, and I adore it. Reading and learning about International Students Association in Stern and NYU’s traditional World Tour emphasized the importance of diversity and uniqueness for NYU, and reassured me that we share the same values. Speaking of expanding horizons and contributing to personal growth, I believe that community service is an inseparable part of this process. I am currently an active member in various community service campaigns and events, and I am impatient to find more of such opportunities in NYU’s service fair and contribute to achieving a great goal of embracing the world and making it a better
