Starting a business has never been an easy thing to do, and in today's economy, the situation is much worse. Once you decide to make a big step in your life, you should turn to real business gurus, just like Steve Jobs was. Everybody knows about success of a great Apples founder; he was someone who preferred deeds to words, and his legacy proves it. It is interesting that Apple never had consultants; Jobs wanted to figure out what customers want on his own. Even if it doesn't work in some business area, you can think as customers and even ask them what they wish for.

If you fail, that can be another way to learn. Even the most successful people make mistakes throughout their careers. The most important thing is to learn from mistakes and respond to them. The failure will remain just that if you don't try to work on it.

Steve Jobs once said that it's wonderful to have a beginner's mind. Everyone should have it, no matter how many years of experience he has. That means having a fresh mind, free from all the prejudices and expectations; a mind that is heading for success and innovations.

No matter how good you are, you can never manage anything without right people around you. It is crucial to tell everyone what you expect in the future, and if they don't meet your expectations, find someone who will. This may seem cruel, but it's the unwritten rule in every type of business.

The biggest emphasize is on innovation, and it has no limits. Just like Jobs said, that is the only thing that can distinguish leader from a follower. It is vital to look forward and not to be afraid to speak up and even cross the limits
