Steve Jobs has Charisma
Steve Jobs once said,“My model for business is The Beatles. They were four guys who kept each other kind of negative tendencies in check. They balanced each other and the total was greater than the sum of the parts. It was during this time Steve Jobs created the Company he called NeXT. NeXT was a Computer company and later transferred over to just software development( "A Short History of NeXT."). Steve Jobs built this company from the ground up and shows that he was divinely talented (as a charismatic person usually is) as an entrepreneur and a businessman building not one but two companies.
A year later in 1986 Steve Jobs bought Graphics Group from Lucasfilms for around $5 million dollars. Steve Jobs later turned this into the company Pixar. Steve Jobs took this small company and was part of turning it into a multimillion dollar business. This shows just how Steve Jobs was able to use his persuasive leadership skills to bring the people in this small company together and completely transformed it.After Steve Jobs time as the CEO and biggest shareholder of Pixar, the company is bought by Disney in 2006 for $7.4 billion and he returns to where it all began Apple in 1997("Tim …show more content…
