Introduction
Family Life Christian Fellowship requires a tactical operation plan; this chapter will discuss the approach on leadership operation, outreach, and marketing. An effective plan will help FLCF reach their vision which states, “To be Christ’s witnesses and preach the Good News about Jesus by teaching the Holy Scriptures and sharing the love of Jesus Christ”. Paving a direction through a plan will be beneficial and helpful to FLCF to share the love of Jesus and share the Good News. The leaders help guide and plan for the church. The strategic implementation of leadership operations delivers an overall direction to the church. Recognizing FLCF’s mission which states, “To Share the love of Jesus Christ in word and in deed to all people. To advance the Kingdom of God on earth, according to His Sovereign Will”. Evolving ideas to achieve this objective is key to successfully operating Family Life Christian Fellowship. The leadership ought to consider to transmit out Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis both inside and outwardly. Throughout the SWOT analysis FLCF’s strengths are recognized and help direct plans to attainment. Also weaknesses are exposed and assist in understanding what to eliminate or restructure to pave improvement. With leadership getting together to closely examine the church, it brings enhancement to FLCF. The leadership ought to explore the opportunities to help FLCF. Searching opportunity and implementing it, is a great way for the church to progress.

Planning is important to get good outreach programs running successfully. Currently, FLCF has a few outreach programs however, increasing the number of volunteers could help the outreaches be more impactful. First, the food drive outreach needs more promotion to receive more donations. One way to increase promotion is through the churches website and through social media. There are people willing to donate for a good cause and through the advertisement more people could be reached to help with donation. Furthermore, the Van Ministry Outreach is currently lead by one volunteer who is the van driver. So, it is important to find an alternate driver to help assist with the Van Ministry. Pastor Michael expressed there are a few members who have expressed a desire to help with the ministry so connecting these members with the Van Ministry Leader is essential. Also, once there are more equipped volunteers, promoting the van ministry through flyers in the neighborhoods nearby and through social websites will bring more
