• Develops and carries out branding guidelines across key licensees, focusing on packaging.

• Leads design direction and innovative solutions for co-brand and halo projects.
• Supports and provides creative leadership/support for the internal Disney Canada team.
• Provides feedback to licensees and partners in the development of franchise line plans for packaging.
