The third stage is intensified conflict. Intensified conflict is a major conflict. It has to deal with a third party and a countermovement. It's recognized as dangerous and intense opposition. The final stage is dramatic denouement.

Stress does not always have a negative effect, most of the time the effects can be positive. On the other hand stress is associated with the development of most major mental health problems such as depression, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and pathological aging (Marin, 2011). It has also been linked to all leading physical causes of death such as heart disease, cancer and stroke (Cohen, Janicki-Deverts, & Miller, 2007).

Ludwig van Beethoven was a famous composer of the eighteenth-century classical music and the nineteenth-century romanticism style of music. Beethoven is still remembered for his spectacular pieces in modern times. Beethoven’s music led others to take the art of music as a serious topic. His symphonies and sonatas were revolutionary to the music world, because of this, many people today are not aware of his deafness. His deafness eventually caused him to make sacrifices in his music career.
There are many differences and similarities between the fourth movement of Beethven’s Fifth symphony and the fourth movement of Berlioz’s Symphonie Fantastique, whether it is the orchestrastion of the pieces, the dynamics, form and period. Ludwig van Beethoven is one of the most well known Classical composers in music history, born into a family of musicians and was seen by his father as a profitable prodigy and had several of his piano compositions published by the age of twelve. He was the first successful freelance composer and changed the way music was composed and performed as he composed pieces that defied the standard ways of composing during the Classical era by using an expanded form structure, larger orchestra, dramatic themes and replaced minuet and trio with scherzo and trio making the third movements of his symphonies faster than traditionally performed. He also treated instruments as individuals instead of grouping them together such as the bass instruments which originally formed the Basso continuo. Beethoven experimented with the ways an instrument could be played , creating new sounds, and would have large pitch ranges between instruments which aided in the expressiveness and drama of his pieces.

Beethoven and Brahms Ludwig van Beethoven and Johannes Brahms were two great composers during very different times of musical periods. Although Johannes Brahms was born 5 years after Ludwig van Beethoven passed away, many have considered Brahms as Beethoven’s musical heir. Ludwig van Beethoven lived and wrote compositions during the classical musical time while Johannes Brahms wrote during the romantic musical time, although there is this time gap between the two Brahms is considered to be one of the more classical of the romantic composers. The two musical artists created many compositions over the years of their career. Both had rough times in their lifetimes and instead of letting these problems bringing them down they continued to write compositions and create amazing works.
In a study titled ‘Music as an Aid For Postoperative Recovery in Adults’, performed on hospital patients, groups were subject to music therapy before, during, and after surgery. Across seven thousand patients, music decreased the patients’ stress and pain the majority of the time. Stress and pain levels even reduced during surgery (The Lancet). Music therapy involves other factors besides music, but simply attempting to boost one’s mood while listening to music can have a dramatic affect. Another experiment on the effects of music on stress was done by Yuna Ferguson and Kennon Sheldon.

Beethoven showed his musical talents at his young age. In 1792 he moved to Vienna and spent rest of his live there. He studied with Haydn and soon he gained his reputation as a virtuoso pianist that often showing his ability of improvisation during performance. Beethoven’s career as a composer can be categorized into three periods: (1) the peak of Classical period where most of his works shown influences of his teacher Joseph Haydn, as well as influences from other great musicians of all time such as Mozart.
1.1 Music Therapy Music therapy is the practice of using music as a form of treatment for certain conditions (especially mental conditions). The idea of using music as a form of therapy dates back to Aristotle’s and Plato’s days. Aristotle understood the great impact music had on listeners and spoke about how it can affect the emotional states of an individual. “Music directly imitates the passions or states of the soul… when one listens to music that imitates a certain passion, he becomes imbued with the same passion; and if over a long time he habitually listens to music that rouses ignoble passions, his whole character will be shaped to an ignoble form” (Aristotle). Music can affect the brain and body in unexpected ways.
Audience analysis: Some of you or your friends might use music therapy to cope with stress or diseases, or as an alternative treatment in order to overcome sickness or negative emotions. 3. Review of literature 3.1 Stress and its types: Stress is an essential mediator of human behaviour. Immediate physiological response to any type of stressor facilitates survival of the species at its maximum. Despite of normal homeostatic regulatory mechanism, the stress responses can become maladaptive. Chronic stress, for example immobilization, exposure to noise, irradiations, psychological stress can leads to a host of adverse health consequences, including cardiovascular diseases, neurodegeneration, obesity, depression and early ageing (McEwen et al, 2004).
