What have I learned at Strive? I’ve learned that Attitude is a large portion of your personality and life. Your Attitude makes a huge difference on your daily life routine. As soon as you wake up in the morning, even before you step out of the house. How you react to situations in the house, can just determine your attitude that day. The attitude you have towards others also impact that individual also. I’ve learned to have a positive attitude no matter what the situation may be. Having negative attitude on life and on others will eventually lead a pathway to isolating yourself from everyone. Not leaving the house, unless it’s absolute necessary. Thinking everyone and everything is out to get you. Needless to say, having a great attitude will be better for you and any environment you’re in, no matter what the situation is. Positive attitude, positive mind. Second thing I’ve learned from Strive is, not all clothes are appropriate as you think should be for a job interview or for your job. Making sure you know the dress code for any interview or job is very important. First impressions are everything. Not only your attitude is important, the way you dress says a lot about yourself. You want to make the first best impression and leave them with something to remember with in a positive sense. You want to dress like you were made for the job. Dressing in a respectful taste would impress and leave a positive note in their mind about you. Always wear conservative colors like blue, black, grey, or navy. Unless told otherwise by your supervisor. Never wear anything that you think is a club, picnic, and casual attire to an interview. Most likely you are right and it isn’t an interview
