The modern-day healthcare has evolved to become quality oriented with specific measures, policies and strategies being put in place to enhance the care processes. As a result of increase in demand in medical care, the healthcare providers are tasked with a responsibility of offering quality and safe care to give them an opportunity to handle all those populations requiring their attention. Quality care is an effective tool in preventing hospital readmissions, long hospital stays and reducing overall cost of care and thus provides populations an opportunity to enjoy quality life amidst tight budgets. All these factors determine the quality of care rendered. For instance, in a care setting that has got enough and well equipped staffs, patients are confident that their health concerns will be effectively attended to in a proper and professional manner (Phillips, Stalter, Dolansky & Lopez, 2016). Additionally, in settings endowed with health equipments such as MRI and X-Ray machines, patients receive overall care and they do not have to wait for long hours or even days to have them undergo scans and commence treatment.
