This apartment is a one bedroom, one bathroom room, with one entrance/exit door via a common hall way with other apartment units. Synopsis: On 5/23/2018, I was dispatched and responded to 5541 Bay Blvd Apartment #302 (Royal Richey Apartments) reference to a disturbance. After investigating the report it was determined that on this date the defendant (Lawrence Mrachek) packed and placed his live in girlfriend’s property near the front door of the shared apartment. Stefanie stated that she arrived at her friend Angela’s apartment with her friends. Stefanie advised that Angela’s boyfriend (Lawrence Mrachek) was arguing with her at which time she heard him hit her. Stefanie observed Angela exit the bedroom with a large “knot” above her eye which was not present earlier. Stefanie advised that her friends (Michael and rachel) was attempting to stop the altercation. Stefanie stated that Lawrence “smashed” her friend Rachel into a wall at which time she grabbed Lawrence and bit him in an attempt to stop the altercation. I observed what appeared to be a bite mark on Lawrence’s upper right shoulder. These injuries were consistent with statements made by witness account of the incident.
