Reflective Journal Entry #1 My experience as a school social worker is integral in shaping my perspective on contemporary social work issues impacting individuals, groups, organizations, and communities. Despite various social work developments, literature indicates that further advancements are needed to achieve social work goals of social justice, inclusivity, diversity, equity, and individual well-being.
