Genre: The genre of the story is fiction. It is fiction because it has events that cannot happen. One is how Mrs.whatsit transforms into a winged horse creature.This shows how it is fake and can’t happen in real life.

Point of view: Third person Protagonists:There are three main characters. They are Meg,Calvin,and Charles Wallace.Meg and Charles Wallace are a part of the Murry family. Calvin met them when he felt a strange push to go the woods. They all travel together in hopes of finding Mr.Murry.

The antagonist is It in the book. It is the antagonist because It tries to take Charles Wallace and Mr.Murry. It is evil and controls a whole planet. It is a giant brain.

This is bad because Charles is a important person to Calvin and Meg. They try to break him free from its control. Calvin tries and almost gets through to Charles Wallace.It takes time until they break him free. The type of conflict that would be is person versus person.

One major event is when Mrs.Which show Calvin,Meg,and Charles Wallace the shadow over Earth. This is important because this shows how the Earth is fighting back the shadow with light. They see the shadow getting pushed away by the light.
