As I mentioned before that the story has many issues, the problem that Bartleby insubordination could be because his attitude wasn’t professional. And he didn’t know how to deal with employees/managers in general. Therefore, the impact that attitudes influence the interpersonal of an employee helps the business managers to know how it could affect these relationships between workers so that managers/HR managers can hire the appropriate people and avoid any possible obstacles between existing workers. Work relations could be apparent in a way so that any positive attitude can cause a feeling of teamwork among employees. Just as a positive character is contagious and reaches to others; poor attitudes also have an adverse influence on worker relationships. This impact can create separation in the workplace which makes difficult for employees and managers to communicate as well. Therefore, in Bartleby situation, his attitude was ignoring the Lawry's requests with no reason. This negative attitude impacts the other employees who are by making "Nippers" do the job that he was supposed to get it done. The style of communication that Bartleby delivered wasn’t as excepted. Bartleby avoided to communicate his demands, responses and didn't gave a reason for his attitude. This gives a clear understanding that the Lawyer should’ve had the communication and the relationship with his employee to make sure that the workers are in a comfortable environment. Bartleby avoided clarifying why he didn't want to do the job and didn't give a reason for his attitude. I think that the Lawyer used a quiet communication method, by not being able to set his purposes and strategies in place. He caused stress, delays, and to get the work check by someone else.
