Abortion, it’s a sensitive topic to many and literally is the difference between life and death. A mother kills her unborn child because it is unwanted, but she's not charged for murder. Is it right? Is it fair not an unborn just because he or she is unwanted or inconvenient at the time? Many people ‘s support for abortion rests in the respect of a women’s choice to do as she pleases with her own body. Their belief is that, since the mother has to carry the baby and the fetus has ho moral status then it is not morally wrong to abort it. In a religious sense Christians and Jews fundamentally stand against abortion, believing that the moment of conception, is the moment when life truly begins. Nevertheless, when author Danielle Ofri writes about she is in a environment where abortion is outlawed I agree I feel it’s inhuman and unfair. Then comes another pint in the story ‘Common Ground” where she states that she takes the teenagers out of state to perform the abortion process is doing to much, but I see her point of view. When she takes Karen to go and perform an abortion I see that she sees Karen more of a daughter and she truly believes she is performing the right actions. I agree that she sees her as a teenage girl and raising a child alone is nearly impossible. She has Karen’s best intention in mind, but that still does not make it
