There are many different kinds of Maine Lobsters. Consequently, lobsters were served in many different ways of cooking in the festival such as lobster rolls, with salad, lobster bisque, and other delicious dishes. Also, a large booth which is sponsored by The Maine Lobster promotion council has some free recipes, some eating tips, fun facts about Lobsters, and attractive activities for the visitors of the festival. lobsters can be cooked it many different methods, and the most common method of cooking it is boiling which requires 2.5 quarters of water per lobster. In MLF (Mine Lobster Festival) which includes the World’s Largest Lobster Cooker they can cook more than 100 lobsters at the same time for the main Eating Tent. But environmentally that put the lobster’s lives in danger and requires using lots of water for boiling each lobster. Moreover, some people are choosing to cook lobsters alive by boiling just to satisfy themselves with the taste they
