Junie B. Jones Is A Graduation Girl by Barbara Park, was published on May 5th, 2001 by the publisher Random House Children's books. This book has 69 pages and its genre is fiction. This book is about a girl in kindergarten named Junie B. Jones and is graduating to first grade but an accident happens with her cap and gown. This is a very entertaining book to read. The conflict in this book is that for Junie B Jones, graduation week as been a wreck. The first thing was that as her classroom did invitations for the graduation to send home and the kids weren't behaving so well. One way that they weren't behaving was that they started adding silly lines to the poems that was being written by the class and Junie said one. Unfortunately the teacher send her to the office and was seen by the principal. The second problem was that none of the students had never wore a cap and gown so when they saw it they went wild. In this cased it caused Junie to get a little too excited when she arrived home to show the parents that it was put on top of the refrigerator. The last incident that happened was that Junie made the grandfather that went everyday to baby sit Junie’s baby brother get the cap and gown from the refrigerator and she took up to her room, played with it on and spilled grape juice all around the room.
