Quest Diagnostics offers great benefits to their employees. They match your 401k. The employees accumulate so much vacation time. Through the years I have been here, I have 6 weeks a year of vacation time. When ever I tell people how much time I have they are shocked. Quest also has a program called Blueprint for Wellness, which is a health screening they do on their employees. If the employees do this they get a decent discount on their health insurance plan they may have through Quest. This is also included for the employee’s spouses too. I have really enjoyed working for Quest so far and plan on staying with the company as long as I can, hopefully until retirement. I love knowing I am helping out contributing to the company helping them meet their goals and accomplish their mission to better health care. I love the how organized the company is and they make your feel like we are all one big family working together. To me if doesn’t feel like going to work on a daily basis to get a pay check, it is like going to my second home with my Quest
