The zoos and aquariums give us a useful source of excitement and comfort while we have in our heads that the environment is safe in that case it's not how it looks.In the story "Zoo Complicated" the author states the abuse that has happend to the animals and the horrible effects of captivity. In the story "Zoo Complicated" it tells us about a little chimpanzee named Lucy. "Lucy had began her life with the Temerlins. Lucy's owner wanted to see how human she could get her to become. Lucy soon learned sign language. Lucy grew up with humans and lived like humans lived. "When it was time for her to go back to her Temerline family she didn't know how to live in the wild .Lucy struggled so much and didn't know what to do or how to do it. Sooner than thought she passed away. Animals will get use to whatever their environment is around them. You can't expect for animals to go live in the wild after they live in captivity. They have no experince with the real world and they will die if they don't know how to hunt,eat good food. …show more content…
