Zophobas morio are a type of beetle that comes for Central and South America. They are mostly used to feed reptiles. To do this experiment you will need a plastic contain and some kind of different substrate or food than they are normally given. About 60% of the superworms would rather go to an apple than potato. The experiment is inconclusive because all of the superworms did not go directly to the apple or potato all three times.
