A: Package will be delivered to an address indicated in Malaysia.

A: Package will be delivered between 09:00 - 18:00 on business days. There may be no deliveries available on weekend or public holidays.

A: HAWA JELITA clothing makes every effort to deliver your order within 3 - 6 working days (excludes weekend and public holiday) once the package is shipped from our warehouse. Its not liable for any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that delay delivery, such as: flight delays, adverse weather conditions, or high shipping volume. In these situations we will try our best to notify you of the delay and inform you the estimated delivery date.

A: Most our products are shipped free of charge. If your order value is less than a minimum, you will incur shipping costs as follows:
