a) Marketing Management

Marketing can be defined as the organizational task and set of procedures used to create, communicate, and deliver value to the customer. Marketing component and attribute of a company’s success. Unless a company can effectively communicate the value of their product to customers, there is little chance of success. Marketing management must oversee this critical function.
Marketing management must acquire an effective lead and production strategy to help the sales team reach their target. First and foremost, before deciding on strategy, a marketing manager should spend some time researching the market, considering what is the optimal target customer, what approach direct rivals are adopting, and how to differentiate company products from the competition.
b) PESTEL

A PESTEL analysis is a outline or tool used by marketers to analyze and monitor the macro-environmental (external marketing environment) factors that have an impact on an organization. The result of which is used to identify threats and weaknesses which is used in a SWOT analysis.
Political - These are all about how and to what degree a government intervenes in the economy. This can include – government policy, political stability or instability in overseas markets,
