In the poem “Frankenstein” by Edward Field, symbolism is used to describe not to judge a book by it’s cover. The narrator follows Frankenstein in 3rd person on his adventure of learning what life is. The narrator's tone is encouraging because every time Frankenstein gets knocked down he gets back up. In the beginning Frankenstein escapes his prison. What will he find? The first example of symbolism, is “villagers” in the second paragraph. This word symbolizes the people that judge people by looks. This conveys the theme because these people are shown to be mean but symbolize judgers. In conclusion don’t judge a person.
