Talladega College has noticed the trend and seem to acknowledge the competition. They have worked to provide their students with competitive advantages and strategies for success. Potential new entrants is always a good starting point to analyze, within higher levels of education. Every year high school seniors decide and submit their selections of college to attend. Colleges and universities must build a strategy that separates them from the competition and gives them a competitive advantage. Talladega College is a historically black college. This is often seen as an exclusive and appealing nature for some. However, the college is filled with a mix of races and cultures. Because the college is located in a small town, it offers the familiarity of home and comfort for some. For others, it boasts of a calmer and more relaxed escape from a bigger city. Class sizes are not as large as some larger institutions. Each student is sure to meet and interact with professors throughout the course.
