Gap was founded in 1969 by Doris and Don Fisher because Don could not find the perfect pair of jeans that fit (GAP Inc., 2016). In 1969, The Gap was in reference to the generation gap, which I found interesting because this can still apply to the store today as it modifies its target audience. It could do this by making customers feel like they are a part of the Gap community and if they had any difficulties they could go there to receive positive feedback and support. Also, many of the links provided at the end of the tweet are broken. Providing links is fantastic, but they have to continuously work or the audience and customers will quit coming to the Twitter page for information or guidance regarding Gap merchandise. After I clicked on so many links to see which one’s worked and which one’s did not, I even got annoyed and quit clicking on them because I
