Target Corporation needs to buy more local and diverse product from an environmentally friendly company and create a standard that adds value to the local communities and environment. In addition, Target Corporation should source products from diverse international community, minority organization, and women run organizations. Target Corporation must diversify its retail products to add more goods that are sporting, a bakery, and household's items as well educational services using partner organizations. Target Corporation needs to identify new third-party strategic alliances through which it delivers goods at the doorsteps, selecting with a non-perishable item and eventually perishable items depending on the locations.

Target Corporation developed corporate social responsibility and set a goal for each responsibility. By setting goals, Target Corporation makes a way to create a positive experience for its customer, make a great workplace, support an environment and community, and working together as a team to develop solutions that matter to all, that is the power of "working together". Target Corporation must do more diversity and maintains a wide range of suppliers, resources, and broad customer base and corrects its past mistake such as (Stadler, 2007) Canadian operation. As a Socially Responsible organization, Target Corporation needs to donate many employee hours to the project they are passionate about in the local area where it operates, making it visible across the country in addition to the financial support of the community where they live and work. Target Corporation needs to push its core business boundaries to a value chain to the adjacent customer and geography, to achieve most sustained and profitable business (Zook and Allen, 2003). Target Corporation's environmental green initiative is one such area and many of the investors are looking for green company and the environmental friendly status appeals to more investors.
Building the Capability to Execute Strategy
Target Corporation's strategic structure plans are continuously recruiting and retaining employees of the organization. Another option is to acquire, develop and strengthen resources and capabilities in performing critical value chain activities to match changing market conditions and customer expectations.
