The reason they are chosen as the representatives for this research is because the objective of the research is to analyze how they feel about the service. The research should target students both international and local along with tourist as they are the ones who are more likely to use the bikes to visit areas. Researchers would need to be direct on the purpose of the questionnaire and also offer options to choose as an answer so as to place the responses results into proportions.
