I have been developed professionally and academically enough to get strong and efficient teaching philosophy. The key to prepare true critical thinker students is by encouraging them to read and questioning what they read. The most challenge for teaching science courses is to get the student attention to the importance of the material to their own purposes. The student attention can be stolen by looking in his eye for inspiring an excitement by investing in the communication skills techniques in a way that encourage relevant questioning the material fundamental concepts to link the scientific perceptions to the outside world. As a teaching assistant, my main duties are to facilitate the student understanding, write assignments, assist student research, grade and provide feedback, serviced geophysical field trips and offering office hours. I have developed three different laboratories for the following courses: advanced seismic interpretation, advanced seismic processing, and field seismic processing. Since 2014, I have assisted to advise seven master theses. one-to-one development of individuals. Along my career, I have had many examples that lighten my passion of teaching. In my high school, the chemistry teacher inspired me with the idea of combining the ethics with the knowledge to deliver the information correctly to the students. During my job as Exploration Drilling Engineer, my manager showed me how putting my foot in the people shoes tells me how the more I give the better I get. In 2016, I have been praised by my colleagues and elected to be the president of the SEG student chapter one of my main duties is to prepare weekly activities and events, and write annual report that gave rise to get the SEG excellence student chapter Ridge award, 2017 for Missouri S&T.
