I'm passionate about teaching and be able to see the children learn. I'm a leader with good classroom management skills. I believe as a teacher we need to teach, but teaching is an art and it should be fun for the kids. As a mom (and now a teacher), setting the rules is very important to be successful. As an ESL/Bilingual person myself, I'm confident that I will be able to help the ESL and/or Bilingual children since I can relate to them and their struggles. First, I'd observe and assess my students using a diverse learning situations to find out their different levels and styles of learning.
