I think a elementary teacher is best for me because I like working with kids.To be a teacher you have many responsibilities to do. You usually work from 8-3:30 everyday, it just depends on the school you work at. Usually for a normal day elementary school teachers instruct young students in basic subjects, such as math and reading, in order to prepare them for future schooling.

It be an elementary teacher you must go to college for 4 years to earn a bachelor’s degree with a minimum grade point average, completion of a teacher preparation program and supervised experience in teaching, which is typically gained through student teaching, passing a background check, passing a general teaching certification test, as well as a test that demonstrates their knowledge of the subject they will teach. Some colleges to go to and earn a bachelor's degree would be Berea College, CUNY Hunter College, University of New Orleans,University of Washington Seattle, University of South Florida, and many more. …show more content…

Teach students how to study and communicate with others, observe students to evaluate their abilities, strengths, and weaknesses. Teach lessons they have planned to an entire class of students or to smaller groups.
