When children are little they always have dreams of what they want to be when they grow up. Some kids want to be ballerinas, firemen, and astronauts. for as long as I can remember I've always wanted to be a teacher. The areas I wanted to teach have always deferred over the years, but my love for teaching has always stayed the same. I remember when I was younger, I would force my siblings to play teacher with me. I would become the teacher first, give them assignments and teach them things, and then when it came to them becoming the teacher and me the student I would tell them I was bored and leave. I think it should be student centered because the students will then be able to communicate with their peers, direct their own learning and able to ask questions, and because they will become more interested in what they are learning. It should also be teacher center in because the teacher will then be able to control some aspect of their learning, so that they do not miss key topics that they must know. I think one key thing when it comes to discipline is trying to lessen the reasons to discipline and general. This could happen by doing things the kids would like to do such as playing find your educational games, or watching videos and movies based on the topic their learning. If a student is constantly disrupting class the parents should be contacted immediately. If it continues then the punishment will then turn into a detention. After that, the next step would be in school then out of school suspension. A person teaching students should know what they are teaching. Before the teacher starts teaching and every few years after that, they should be tested on the material they plan on/are teaching. These tests will not only con the minds of the ministration and parents, but they were also help the teacher to analyze their ways of teaching and improve upon
