Being a teacher is not as easy as it seems. Every teacher has their own teaching style and not every teacher has the same views on teaching. Some teachers are more strict and others are fun and not as strict. Every teacher has their own way of teaching and classroom management. They know what works in their classroom and what does not, every teacher has their own teaching philosophy. I believe that the role of the teacher can be a bit of everything. I would have authority in my classroom. I would be strict and make sure that learning will take place in the classroom. Discipline will take part in the classroom. Letting students get away with misbehavior is not good. Being respectful and responsible is part of growing up. If a student is misbehaving or is not responsible they will have a consequence. Also being a friend is a big part in teaching. We can have fun and learn at the same time. …show more content…

I believe that writing notes is helpful for students to study. Making a powerpoint and having the class take notes helps the student remember and they can always go back and add to their notes to study from later. Group work is also helpful. Working together with other classmate creates a friendly environment and shows the students how to work well with others. Also if a student does not understand the lesson or instructions they can ask a classmate for help. For those students that need it I would help them individually. Some students need to be taught and practice a lot to get a curriculum. Teacher/student relationship is important. Having a good relationship with your student will help your student succeed in your class. The student will feel more comfortable talking to you about any problem they are having and how you can help they succeed. Being very understanding of a student problems are helpful too. If you understand the situation helps them and lets them know you care. The students should always come
