These past few years, I’ve learned a lot when it come to teaching and learned some teaching strategies that I can use in the near future. I believe that knowledge should be shared to other people because this is one of the things that God gave us and this is one of the ways that I can help other people most especially children.
Teaching is one of the hardest field that anyone can choose because it is one way to mold the children characters and talent. It may be hard but it is one of the most fulfilling when you know that you help your students to become better in the future.

There are 3 things that I think will help me to reach my own goal to my students, (1) Be an inspiration, (2) Be a facilitator, (3) develop respect to themselves ,other people and to environment, (4) Know the strength and weaknesses of the students. Teachers should give inspiration to their students that they should strive and be determined to their dreams. I believe that teachers are one of the factors that give inspiration to students to have goals in life and use their own talent to be successful. Being an inspiration will give students encouragement to learn and want achievement in life.
When a teacher’s role is a facilitate, it will help the students think and be creative. Being a facilitator means providing some information or knowledge to students rather than being the source of their knowledge. Students should search their own answers to their questions, we are only here to guide them in searching this answers. For students to create their own knowledge, they need to have the chance to discover for themselves and practice their own skills in real life
