I believe the purpose of education is teach new and useful information that is going to help expand the child’s growth in different ways: socially, physically, cognitively, and emotionally. I believe that children are unique human beings who need a caring, secure, and stimulating atmospheres to help the individual successfully grow in each category of their needs. I want to take each individual at different levels and see them develop together for the betterment of each child. I feel children learn best in a comfortable environment where they feel loved and wanted. Giving them the confidence to go ahead and want to learn themselves, rather than being forced to participate. When students feel comfortable in their surroundings they feel free to express their creativity. All of these qualities are very important in the classroom because its what makes a teacher an over all great teacher! Patience is important because it makes sure you stay calm in whatever situation you come across. Being nurturing is a great quality to have as a professional teacher that way the children feel comfortable to go to you with anything they need. Wether it be something they didn't understand in the lesson, or problems in they personal life. Balance is another quality one should have as a teacher, and in my opinion is not an easy one to obtain. Teachers play a big part in students lives, you need to have the perfect balance of firmness and caring so your students respect you but also feel comfortable with you. These are they qualities I believe that each teacher should have to make them the best teachers in our education system. The children are the future, we as teachers must mold them to be the best they can
