As educators, it is our job to empower students to find their path in life and follow their dreams. We strive to make every effort we can to prepare our students for the future. There is no better feeling in the word than knowing you are the reason a child knows how to read, write, and solve equations. Aside of these things, teachers are also responsible for teaching students how to be leaders, how to interact with others, and how to achieve their goals in life.
All teachers want their students to lead productive and successful lives. But how do we know what lies ahead of our students in the future? When thinking in this perspective they will come up with innovative solutions to work-based problems. Encouraging creativeness from a group of people produces a wider variety of ideas and solutions to work and complete tasks. Keeping things creative can make people more energetic and engaged. Creativity also thrives in keeping a workplace calm and organized. This is done by looking at situations from multiple angles, removing obstacles, and opening possibilities. I had a math teacher that assigned us an interactive notebook. The purpose of an interactive notebook is to allow students to be creative, self-reliant thinkers. Interactive notebooks are used to keep notes as well as other activities the teacher has assigned. Students are told to express their own ideas and process the information presented in class. Many educators view this increase in diversity a problem rather than an opportunity. Diversity can be defined as people from different countries, races, religions, and sexes. A diverse community is one that values people with different backgrounds, skills, and attitudes. I will teach my kids to always be respectful to all humans no matter what their life is like. Diversity in the classroom can provide many more opportunities for our students. This will create a realistic setting and encourage people to grow outside their boundaries and learn new things. By accepting diversity in the classroom you can enlighten students on information about other cultures they may not be familiar about. Another factor in a more diverse is less bullying. Students are often targeted by bullies because of their differences. I will familiarize my students on these differences and this will keep them from being judgmental at the wrong
