My ambition of wanting to become and primary / junior teacher originates since I was a young girl. Personally, I have always had the desire to help people and to lead by example to encourage others to fulfill their lives to the fullest. I have always enjoyed working with children of all ages. I know that teaching involves helping shape young peoples way of learning to be successful with future schooling skills, knowledge and their life. I want to be a successful teacher and have the satisfactions of the reward from knowing I am making a difference for the student’s future. I was inspired by my past teachers and would be devoted to inspire my future students the same.

I believe strongly with communication with the student and always have creative ideas for conveying knowledge of an elementary education level. I believe in a shared control approach in which the students have a say and a voice to be heard. From the past I have learned from my teachers that a good educator has to keep a good protective and never assume that others understand things exactly the way you do, you may have to alter the way to teach to others. I am very organized, able to make affective criticism, have the ability to enthuse and make the children think their own thoughts then just being told what to learn. …show more content…

This classroom is an area were I provide co-learning between the students and myself. I understand the importance of relationship and my key role in this within my school community. I will get to know my students and focus on their individual strengths, weaknesses, and encourage them to try to do better, to the best of my ability.
