I would like to be a fun and creative teacher. Building relationships with the students is very important. My students should not be afraid to talk to me. All of my students must be respectful and willing to learn.
My educational approach would allow students to think outside the box. With this creative thinking the young scholars can create many interesting projects. Parents participating is very crucial to me. Every parent can provide me with some information about their child’s likes and dislikes. My lesson plan would include repetition and visual aid. Being a teacher, you must be fair to all the kids do not show any sign of favoritism. There are six standards for professional preparation for Early Childhood programs. The first standard is promoting child development and learning. This stage allow a child to grow physical, social and mental. The child will learn how to use their motor skills, developing sounds used for language and recognize different shapes and colors. Stage two is building family and community relationships. Families play a big part in a child’s life. They provide a safe environment, teach them about values and morals. Living in a certain community, a child will discover their culture. The third phase is observing, documenting, and assessing to support young children and families. Every child ability to understand information is different. Testing will help determine which route is best for each child. The test result should be shared with the teacher and parents to create a lesson plan. The fourth standard is using development effective approaches to connect with children and families.
