In this essay I reflect upon my engagement in the exhibition of work we produced and how I was a part of team working on the presentation. I will reflect upon my contribution in this teamwork exercise. I will include the processes we went through and responses to feedback received. I will identify how important is to work as a team. At the beginning of the research we were divided into 2 randomly chosen groups. At the start I was bit conscious as we all are part of different background and cultures, and therefore there is a high risk of conflict due to personal differences. However I am happy; taking into account the view of other practitioner. We shared a few ideas at the first meeting and we decided that we all did some individual research on “Margaret McMillan”, as Whally(2008) suggested that “as an Early Years practitioner everyone is good in what they do and there is a room for everyone to take the leadership role” (cited in block 6, P178).
