The importance of teamwork in delivering healthcare services to the patients is growing in the recent years (Tanco et al., 2011). It is difficult for NHS to provide quality and excellent services to patient in the absence of great teamwork. According to Canadian Health Services Research (2006) a healthcare sector that promotes the effective teamwork can dramatically improve the quality of patient care, enhance patient safety and minimise the work pressure.
