Here at Tech Time located in San Francisco has been a company that provides excellent website consulting services. Tech Time offers a sufficient of website services to other businesses. We offer to give feedback on companies websites design and make sure we help keep building on the company website as well as maintaining its websites. Also, Tech Time deals with sales, finance, marketing, human resources, and operations. Tech Time has built its customer base of these services with 50 regular contracts and an average of five new customers a month. This department is responsible for all actions that an organization takes to attract, develop, and retain quality employees. This department deals with finding talented employees that fit the organization needs. Our human resources department uses a strategic human resource planning which is the process of developing a plan for satisfying organization's human resources needs. This plan lays out the step that an organization will take to ensure that it has the right number of employees with the right skills in the right places at the right time. In order to develop a human resources plan, our human resources managers must have the knowledge about the jobs that the organizations needs to perform. They gather information about a job by performing a job analysis to identify the tasks, responsibilities, and skills that it entails, as well as the knowledge and abilities needed to perform it. Our managers in this department use this information on the job analysis to prepare job description, which lists the duties and responsibilities for a position and job specification, which lists the qualifications like skills, knowledge, and abilities needed to perform the job the right
