As technology emulates growth, the demand for greatness among the American nation cultivates. The 1920s, otherwise known as the roaring twenties can be seen as the decade of new inventions because of the motivations post World War One. The technological advancements made throughout the 1920s developed agape ideologies, creative minds, and pursuits for freedoms throughout American society. Advancements of technology influenced new ideologies throughout the 1920s society. Judith S. Baughman explains in his article, “The impact of technology on daily life”, “This increased availability of electricity and water made possible the proliferation of appliances and conveniences that changed daily life in American society”(1). This claim exemplifies the truth that Americans evolved from actions done in the past and adopted new ways of life through technology.
