It is 1974 in the cold, icy state of Washington.There had been murders around the Washington State area for a while now, and police investigators where becoming impatient not having any leads on the killer. College girls had been disappearing and the string of murders became longer. The residents of the state of Washington were afraid to go outside of their houses.
