he Tell Tale Heart Story Debate Do you know about the Tell Tale Heart story by Edgar Allen Poe? Do you approve of it being read by middle school students? Well, the Tell Tale Heart story is an interesting story but, I don’t think it's appropriate for middle school students to be reading. The book is about a man who like a old man for his personality but hates him for his pale blue eye which means the vulture eye in the story. But the man goes crazy whenever he is being looked at or if he looks at it,but then the man grew tired of that old man’s pale blue eye so he kills him. He kills the old man with the mattress by smothering him under it and waiting until the old man’s heart stop beating,then he chops the old man into big chunks and hides him under the house. I cut off the head and arms and legs.I then took up three of the planks from the chamber and deposited all between the scantling ‘’. Some might actually end up going crazy and insane.Others might go around killing people or seeing things from his or her imagination. It also tells them that you don’t need a good reason to kill or do a crime. Some kids might not be mature to read it and in result get to thinking crazy
