Hamilton in 1793. Jefferson saw that upholding the treaties with France as an act of honor and diplomatic neutrality. At this point in history, the United Sates had very little room to break treaties or make political enemies. Jefferson and others believed that retracing from the treaties would only be seen as an act of favoritism towards the British. Jefferson also stated that “ to make it void would require an act of election, but to let it go on requires only that we should do nothing, and doing nothing can hardly be an infraction of peace or neutrality” (64).
munity; if she could be a witch, then anyone could. Magistrates even questioned Sarah Good's 4-year-old daughter, Dorothy, and her timid answers were construed as a confession. The questioning got more serious in April when Deputy Governor Thomas Danforth and his assistants attended the hearings. Dozens of people from Salem and other Massachusetts villages were brought in for questioning.
The author did a good job at explain the four basic racquetball serves. He started by generally describing the primarily serving goal, pointing out that in order to win a 15 point game, at least 5 points should come from serves that were not returned by the opponent. After the brief introduction, the author provided clear and detailed information about each serve. He started by describing the serve Z and The Drive, which are attacking serves. I liked how he mentioned that these 2 serves should be tried at the first serving attempt because they are more complicated and therefore more likely to be a fault.
On the other hand, in France, members of the Third Estate led a revolt against the monarchy in hopes that by overthrowing the monarchy, they would be granted a constitution and a new assembly would be created with delegates of the Third Estate. Although the radicals were successful and a National Assembly was created, there were still problems. The worsening economic issues had not been solved and many citizens did not gain any rights. When the Revolution took a radical turn in 1792, the French Republic was formed. Finally, in 1799, after the end of the Reign of Terror in which the monarchy and its allies were executed, the French Revolution came to an end, with Napoleon gaining power over France.

Throughout my high school experience I have been part of the Allen Eagles Competitive Shooting Team (AECST). For those of you not aware competitive shooting is a sport where athletes use shotguns to shoot clay pigeons in a variety of games, with the main three being: skeet, trap and sporting clays. Since the moment I began practicing and competing with the AECST I have noticed subtle changes in my day to day life such as being more responsible and respectful to my peers. Competitive shooting is such a great sport because any one is able to compete in competitions. It’s not a sport that is closed off to certain parts of the population due to items like a physical deformity or a mental handicap; and thats what makes competitive shooting so

The reign of terror On July,14,1789 as the third estate was attending there meeting King Louis XVI decide to lock them out. King Louis XVI locked them out because they couldn’t decide on anything. Then they gathered and found a nearby tennis court and made an oath that to never separate until a constitution had been established for France. Courts prove unsuccessful in achieving social change due to the constraints on the court’s power. Rosenburg’s assessment that courts are “an institution that is structurally challenged” demonstrates the Constrained Court view. In this view, the Court’s lack of judicial independence, inability to implement policies, and the limited nature of constitutional rights inhibit courts from producing real social reform. For activists to bring a claim to court, they must frame their goal as a right guaranteed by the constitution, leading to the courts hearing less cases (Rosenburg 11). The nature of the three branches also creates a system of checks and balances in which Congress or the executive branch can reverse a controversial decision, rendering the Court’s impact void.
The only person that did not signed was Martin Dauch who would not execute decisions not sanctioned by the king. National Assembly was a revolutionary assembly created by the representatives of the third estate. The other one stage is the great fear. The Great Fear were caused by a wave of violent peasants through France in 1789.
King Louis XVI was outraged by the actions of the Third Estate and he ordered them to separate and closed their meeting place, but the National Assembly just met
The people of France tried to resolve issues peacefully but the king cared only about his power and acted at the expense of the citizens. According to the French Revolution portion of the Encyclopedia Britannica Online, the bourgeoisie wanted to have political power and the peasants did not want the feudal system to continue (French Revolution 2). A large meeting was held to discuss and solve issues, but, “rumors of an ‘aristocratic conspiracy’ by the king and the privileged to overthrow the Third Estate led to the Great Fear of July 1789.” (French Revolution 2). With the king of France being unwilling to actually resolve any conflicts, the only choice that was left was to overthrow the government as a whole and rebuild it into being a more fair and just system.
