The Primary needs of Tesla are manufacturing vehicles that release zero emissions as well as their innovative engineering and design. Zero emissions is one of the many foundations Tesla is built upon. Also, Tesla has technology that they have developed that is far superior to any other car brand on the market. These two primary needs also fit very well with their secondary needs as well. Tesla’s secondary needs are to have superior driveline performance and be able to pass on future cost savings on to their customers. By using their expertise in technology it has allowed them to create amazing advancements into the use of their vehicles. In order for a consumer to buy a car the vehicle needs to be safe. If it is not a safe vehicle or the company does not pay close attention to them the company could ultimately fail or be fined. Customers want to know when they purchase any good that it will not only satisfy their needs but to exceed expectations especially when paying top dollar for an automobile. The high price is verified by the amount of research and development that employees spend countless of hours on in order to be the best they can be. In order for Tesla’s vision to become a success they need to create more infrastructure which supports keeping their vehicles on the roads for longer distances. Also, they need to expand their charging stations and repair facilities to expand their customer outreach and service. A third recommendation, In order to keep up with the amount of orders Tesla currently has for their vehicles they need to speed up how long and how many vehicles they can produce in a certain amount of time. I know they currently want to keep their image of producing all of their parts in house, but I am unsure how long that will be able to work unless they keep their high price per vehicle. A final recommendation would be for Tesla to embrace partnerships. Partnerships and stake from outside companies inside of Tesla would
