Tesla common stock is traded on The NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “TSLA” since it began trading on June 29, 2010. The initial public offering was priced at $17.00 per share on June 28, 2010. The following table sets forth, for the time period indicated, the high and low closing sales price of our common stock as reported on The NASDAQ Global Select Market.

Shareholders

As of January 31, 2017, there were 1,109 shareholders of record of our common stock.

Dividend Policy

The company has never declared or paid cash dividends on our common stock. Based on the disclosures on their 10K annual report the Company does not anticipate paying any cash dividends in the near future.

Based on the information reviewed, the operating margin and operating cash are negative. The stock market price is overvalued. Therefore, the tesla stock is not a good buy at this moment.
In the other hand, the company’s business plan is to develop new products using renewable energy sources, as well as developing new technology at a lower cost, to make its products accessible to a larger market
