Which Decade Is The Best? The 1980s was a decade of variety, change, politics, and economic growth. The decade that had the most significant impact on our society today. Fashion to music, politics to innovation, and cultural transformation. These are some of the many reasons why the 1980s was the best decade. Its movies, music, and style make the greatest decade of all time. The first point that made the 80s great is their Movies. The 1980s movies were special of all other kinds bringing a different aesthetic to the movies. Movies in the 80s experienced the introduction of high-concept films meaning they were more understandable and easygoing for the audience. Action and Drama were still very popular but comedy movies started emerging out of the fast-paced dust. Despite the small downfall of action movies, a sci-fi/adventure movie broke the scales.
